The Port of Melbourne’s Public Boat Tours are back on Saturday 1 and 22 March 2025. The 90-minute family-friendly guided tours offer a one-of a-kind opportunity to explore Port of Melbourne up close and access areas not normally open to the public!
A great day out for big and little kids alike, each Boat Tour includes expert commentary about the history and operations of Australia’s largest capital city container and cargo port. Children can also enjoy fun activities on board, such as face painting and activity packs, and the chance to sit in the captain’s chair.
DATES: Saturday 1 March and Saturday 22 March 2025
TIMES: Two tours each day – 10:00am and 1:00pm
COST: Adults (aged 12+) $10.00 +BF, Kids under 12 FREE (Bookings are required for all guests, including infants and children)
DURATION: Each tour runs for 90 minutes – allow 15 minutes for boarding and disembarking (120 mins total)
LOCATION: Depart from Magic Charters, Harbour Lights Landing waterside 800 Bourke St, Docklands VIC 3008.
